Does SQL Server Browser Service need to be a clustered resource for a Clustered SQL 2005 S

I have a SQL Server 2005 CLuster; Does SQL SERVER BROWSER service need to
be a clustered resource. It wasn't set up that way, but I was just
wondering.
ThanksI just found out that it is not supported as a clustered resource.
